HAVER has developed solutions which makes packing powder into plastic bags simple. We are able to pack from 1kg to 50kg bags, with volumes from 0.5 liters.

How fast can I pack?

It just depends on the size of bag you are packing. Bags that are 1kg can be packed at a rate of up to 600 bags/hour. The larger bags at 25kg can be packed at up to 2,000 bags/hour.

Can I palletize the bags?

Yes, these bags are completely square-shaped and ready to be alletized after being packed. The square shape of the bag helps create a strudy and clean pallet of plastic bags.

Do I need to bundle the bags?

Some of the smaller plastic bags, sizes of 1kg for example, will need to be bundled if you intend on palletizing them. Normally we recommend bundles of either 4, 6, or 8 depending on the bags size.
